How to Purchase

     If you are interested in purchasing this can be done by email (if you are sure about what you want to buy) or by phone if you have questions or need additional information.  I am always available to discuss issues or questions you may have.

     I accept major credit cards, including VISA, Mastercard, Discover and Amex.  As you can see this site does not utilize a secure storefront.   However, my card processor will allow me to send you an invoice for the appropriate charges by email.  This email will contain a link which will then  allow you to securely enter your credit card information and efficiently process the sale.

     I offer a 3% discount for cash or bank check.  No sales tax is collected on internet sales.

Terms of Sale: Shipping, Returns and Warranty

       All items are shipped free within the lower forty-eight states by UPS.  I offer a 30 day, unconditional, no hassle return policy:  I want you to be completely satisfied.  There is no way a three dimensional object will look      the same in person as on a website.  Your art work will arrive in a suitable carton with packing materials which you can use to return the item to me if you wish.  The return shipping will likely be between $20 and $30.  No one has ever been disappointed with their purchase or wanted to return it, but there is always a first time.

       I warrant the art to remain intact and visually pleasing.  That said, the only repairs I've ever made are the very occasional re-gluing of a collar or the like.  At time of sale I will provide sensible instructions about keeping the object out of direct sunlight, away from heat sources and not using them as functional vessels, even though they may lookas though that is possible.  A varnished wood surface has none of the durabiity of glass or glazed ceramic.

     Visit me at: 638 Browns Road, Storrs Mansfield CT 02668.  If you are within driving distance a visit will be worth your while.  Storrs is about 35 minues from Hartford; an hour forty-five minutes from Boston; and three hours from New York City.  

     I have additional inventory which does not fit on the website.  There are some outliers and pieces that are not easily categorized. There are  likely some atractive deals to be had.  You get a shop tour and behind the scenes view of my artistic process.  Please call ahead:  I am open by appointment only.
